Who Is Sasha Jecklin

Hi, I’m Sasha — therapist, coach, and someone who believes deeply in second chances, gentle change, and the quiet strength it takes to turn inward and heal.
This blog is a space where I share insights, reflections, and practical tools to help you feel more connected to yourself, more in control of your choices, and more at peace in your life.

Much of my work is focused on helping people reduce or break free from alcohol, not with shame or pressure, but with understanding, compassion, and support that meets you exactly where you are. I also work with clients around anxiety, nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and that deep feeling of “I know there’s more for me than just surviving.”
My own journey — through healing, growing, and starting again — has shaped the way I work: calm, curious, and completely without judgment.
If you’re looking for gentle guidance or simply want to feel less alone as you make changes in your life, I hope you’ll find something here that resonates.
Thanks for being here. You’re not alone.
