ABOUT SASHA
Real Understanding, Professional Support.
I’m a therapist, coach, and someone who believes deeply in second chances, gentle change, and the quiet strength it takes to turn inward and heal.
My work is about helping people feel more connected to themselves, more in control of their choices, and more at peace in their lives.
Much of my work is focused on helping people reduce or break free from alcohol.
Not with shame or pressure.
With understanding, compassion, and support that meets you exactly where you are.
I know that making changes in your life is not always simple.
Sometimes you can know that something needs to change, while still feeling unsure about where to begin.
Sometimes you can look as though everything is fine from the outside, while inside you are struggling with thoughts, emotions or patterns that feel difficult to shift.
That is where my work begins.

MY OWN EXPERIENCE?
For a long time, I thought I just needed to be more disciplined. I would make promises to myself that next time would be different, that I would drink less, stop at one and have more control. But the same patterns could keep coming back. Looking back, I began to understand that there was much more going on beneath the surface. Unprocessed stress, emotional triggers and protective patterns that had been carried for years. Sometimes what looks like a habit is actually a survival response that has simply outstayed its welcome. Understanding that changed the way I looked at myself, not through shame or blame, but with curiosity and compassion.
My own journey through healing, growing and starting again has shaped the way I work. I work calmly, with curiosity and completely without judgement. Much of my work is focused on helping people reduce or break free from alcohol, not with shame or pressure, but with understanding, compassion and support that meets you exactly where you are. I also work with clients around anxiety, nervous system regulation and emotional healing. Sometimes there is a deeper feeling of, “I know there’s more for me than just surviving.” That is where the work can begin.
My approach
There is no one way to do this. I work with you as an individual, using the approach that feels appropriate for where you are.
One to one support
You work with me privately, at your desired pace, online via Zoom.
Trauma informed
I understand how stress, past experiences and emotions can drive drinking and how to work with them gently.
Root cause focused
We look at what is really underneath, not just willpower or surface habits.
RTT® and somatic work
When appropriate, we use RTT® and body based approaches to create lasting change.
Private and confidential
This is your space. What we discuss stays between us.
My qualifications
My professional training allows me to bring together different approaches while keeping the focus on you and what you need.
You’re not alone
If you are struggling with alcohol, or simply feel that there has to be more to life than continuing the same pattern, you are not alone.
I know how much courage it can take to look inward and admit that something needs to change.
And I know that change is possible.
Ready When You Are
You don’t have to have it all figured out before you reach out. You don’t need to be at rock bottom, and you don’t need to be certain this is “bad enough” to deserve support.
Begin with a free, private 20-minute conversation. We’ll talk about what’s been happening, what you’d like to change, and whether this feels like the right support for you. No pressure, no obligation.
